Mrs. Eichers Mrs. Eichers has owned Eichers since 1981. Her passion for children and quality care are obvious to those who choose to make Eichers part of their family. Mrs. Eichers has really watched the industry grow and remained committed to what she believes sets day care and exceptional child care apart.	Mr. Eichers After retiring from the Sheet Metal industry Mr. Eichers became the mastermind behind the lunches that the Eichers' children hold so dear! Mr. Eichers not only makes our yummy lunches each day but handles all the building maintenance and repair. He is loved by all the children and can be spotted letting children sneak a snack from his kitchen.	Ms. Nikki Ms. Nikki is the Eichers' oldest daughter and is our Director. Ms. Nikki went to school for Biology and Education but found her happy place in the family business! Nikki handles tuition, payroll, curriculum planning, parent meetings, and whatever else comes up! Ms. Nikki is a mother of four and brings her positive attitude and true love for all of the children each and every day.
Ms. Natalie Ms. Natalie is the Eichers' younger daughter and has always been active in the family business. Ms. Natalie can be seen in the office, at the computer, behind a camera, and in the classroom! Her sunshiny attitude can't be missed! She is the mom of Baker and Juno.	Ms. Lexi Ms. Lexi is the Eichers' niece and works helping in all of our classrooms or the office as needed but She is the lead teacher in our 3 year room this year. She has four kiddos, some school age and one that still attends Eichers!	Ms. Sam Ms. Sam has been with Eichers for many years and helps keep our program running! Sam is a familiar face to everyone and has taken our 4K program to a new level! Sam has a gift of knowing and understanding every child in our building and is truly an asset to our program. Ms. Sam is the proud mom of Will, Nori and Mila. Her two bigs attend elementary school and we have the joy of still having Mila with us here at Eichers!
Mr. Sully Mr. Sully is Mr. + Mrs. Eichers' oldest grandchild. Sully currently attends MSOE full time. He comes and assists in the classrooms after school on days he doesn't have classes!	Ms. Chrissy Ms. Chrissy is a floater between all ages and can be found making the day special for any age group here at Eichers. She brings a wonderful smiling face to the classroom. She is the proud mom of three.	Ms. Marie Ms. Marie is currently on leave for a bit --- However she will always be a part of the Eichers family. __________ Ms. Marie has been with us since 2008 and has always had great patience and skill with our toddlers and young twos. Marie plans wonderful activities and prepares our two year olds with all of the skills they need to be successful in our older preschool programs. Marie is the mother of two and the grandma of 6! Marie is Ms. Nikki's mother in law and truly part of the Eichers family.
Ms. Arika Ms. Arika is currently a full-time cosmetologist. She has been with Eichers for years and we are lucky enough to have her a few hours a week to open up our building and prepare the school for a great day ahead. She is a go-getter and brings a wonderfully refreshing energy to our school!	Ms. BB Ms. BB is a college student and we are lucky enough to have her during school breaks and summer!	Ms. Jamie Ms. Jamie is a primary teacher here at Eichers. She is a super happy and energetic addition to our team of teachers! Jamie is great with any group but primarily focuses on two years and up.
Ms. Aja Ms. Aja is a primary teacher downstairs. She is the mom of one and has a special spot in our infant and toddler program. She is wonderful at nurturing our babies and keeping our rooms the clean and cozy place that our young ones love to be.	Ms. Sara Ms. Sara has two school age boys who were here as infants. They are now in Middle School. She can be found in our toddler or infant rooms! She brings an easy smile and loving nature to any room she is in!	Ms. Sophie Ms. Sophie is a college student and we are lucky to have her join us on breaks and for the summers!
Ms. Courtney Ms. Courtney is a recent college graduate and she is currently looking for her right fit career. She will be with us through fall until she finds her dream job in her degree.	Mr. Finn Mr. Finn is Mr. + Mrs. Eichers' grandchild. He comes and assists in the classrooms after school when he is not in a sport during the school year.	Ms. Megan Ms. Megan joins us currently in our infant room. She is the proud mama of three boys! She brings a bubbly and nurturing nature to our baby room.
Ms. Nettie Ms. Nettie is off to college this year! We hope to see her during summer break!	Ms. Cate Ms. Cate is currently a student finishing her degree in Early Childhood Elementary. She takes the lead in conjunction with Ms. Lexi + Ms. Sam and can be found in any of our upstairs classrooms.	Ms. Gabi Ms. Gabi is a college student and we love having her on breaks and for our summer program! She is most likely to be found in our toddler room but sometimes visits our upstairs two year room!
Ms. Bailey Ms. Bailey is currently a student and will be seen at Eichers during holiday breaks and summer. She is most often assisting in the baby room.	Ms. Gabby Ms. Gabby is currently a college student. She will be at Eichers during summers and school breaks. She brings a super fun energy to her room along with a love for the outdoors. Ms. Gabby attended Eichers as a baby!	Mr. Boston Mr. Boston is Mr. + Mrs. Eichers' grandchild. He comes and assists in the classrooms after school when he is not in a sport during the school year.
Ms. Addison Ms. Addison is helping out during breaks from school sports and is currently a high school student. She is super active in our downstairs program and upstairs in our young two year room. She attended Eichers as a baby!	Ms. Eden Ms. Eden comes from a long history of working with children. We have really enjoyed her easygoing personality and her love for toddlers. Ms. Eden is currently taking ownership of our young two-year room!	Ms. Mesa Ms. Mesa joins us this fall from Carroll College. She is super active, is a certified lifeguard and we are excited to have her bubbly personality as part of Eichers' team of teachers.
Ms. Sami Ms. Sami is an absolute miracle worker with our babies. She keeps our baby room running smoothly, our babies love her and she is such a lovely presence and always so positive.	Ms. Ellie Ms. Ellie joins us one day a week at Eichers. She is cheery and creative and brings sweet energy to our 3 year old program when she is here! Ms. Ellie attended Eichers as a baby!	Lenny Lenny is Mr. and Mrs. Eichers' dog and loves to visit the school! Don't worry...he doesn't make a habit of putting his paws anywhere near our babies but he does enjoy checking up on his cousins in the office. Pictured is Baker...Ms. Natalie's oldest son.
